| SkyFusionPakTM is sold through company direct sales, value added resellers (VARS), distributors, aviation manufacturers and OEM companies. Products and services are licensed to customers who purchase or lease the equipment. License agreements are mandatory due to government regulatory requirements. SkyFusionPak™ services include installation and training, plus monthly fees for software updates and hosting services. | ||

| Customers purchase or lease the system and subscribe to a suite of services to operate and support the system. | ||
| Purchase/Lease Agreements | ||
| The Sky FusionPakTM system can be purchased or leased through third party lease sources for qualified customers. | ||
| User/License Agreement | ||
| A Licensing Agreement identifies the conditions under which SkyFusionPakTM may be used and how ownership is transferred. The licensing is required to comply with certain government regulatory agencies and the regulations associated with this type of aerial surveillance equipment. | ||
| Web Hosting | ||
| The Sky IMD Web Server is located in the Pacific Internet Exchange in San Francisco, California, providing the maximum broadband access available today. | ||
| Installation | ||
| Sky IMD will provide training and documentation for installation by certified aviation mechanics. For installation, the Camera Pod has a clamp attachment to the strut of the aircraft, and a cable harness is installed in the wing terminating in the cockpit. A laptop is carried on the plane and is connected to the wiring harness in the cockpit. | ||
| Training | ||
| Sky IMD will provide training for installation of designated equipment and system operation. | ||
| Technical Support | ||
| Voice technical support is provided during normal Sky IMD business hours. | ||
| Warranties | ||
| Equipment is warranted for the term of the agreement. Extended warranties are provided. | ||
| Special Services | ||
| Customization | ||
| Sky IMD can provide custom solutions such as integrating a customer’s communication system or existing airborne cameras with Sky FusionPak™, or installing Sky FusionPak™ on planes or helicopters equipped with a camera door. Such services are available for additional fees. SkyIMD will make its best efforts to address any specific customer needs and modifications, according to “aviation industry” standards. | ||
| Customer Demonstration | ||
| On the Sky IMD Demo Site, you have a hands-on test drive of Sky FusionPak™. Using the flight management system with actual flight data you get a first hand look at how easy it is use. You can create and review flight plans, fly the mission to view and collect images, upload data for post flight analysis and view your georectified images overlaid on a Google map.
